The house is octagonal. A terrace extends the full width of the house along the west side (facing the bay). In the southwest corner of the upper level is the kitchen. The living/dining area extends the full width of the north side of the house. In the southeast corner is the Luna bedroom and a full bathroom.

Main House - Lower Level

The lower level is actually the area under the terrace, which gives you some idea of how big the terrace is. The North half is the Shell Bedroom and the South half is the Poolside Bedroom, each with its own bath. Outside the house proper on the Southwest

Casita Brandon

Two bedrooms and one and one half bathrooms make up the Casita. Enjoy views from both bedrooms and the shared bathroom. The Casita also includes a sitting and dining area, private patio, and kitchen. A private balcony is off one of the bedrooms that overlooks the bay and a lush tropical garden. It’s like living in the jungle with palms and flowers within arms reach.
